What to Include in a Notice

Please send a written notice that includes: (1) your name and contact details; (2) a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; (3) the exact URL of the content on our website you are reporting; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Send your notice to: bloomdecorstyle@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. We aim to review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material while we do.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, a description of the removed content and its former URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake. Please note that submitting a false notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences.
