This page explains how articles on Bloom Decor Style are planned, researched, written, reviewed and kept up to date, so you know what to expect from what you read here.
What Bloom Decor Style Stands For
Bloom Decor Style publishes home decor ideas that readers can use in real homes: small kitchens, rented spaces, dorm rooms, family rooms and everything in between. We aim for ideas that are practical, budget-aware and honest about their limits, not just pretty pictures.
How an Article Goes From Idea to Publication
- Topic selection. Topics come from what readers search for and ask about, seasonal needs, and gaps in the advice already available online.
- Purpose. Each article starts with a clear reader problem, such as fitting storage into a small space or decorating without drilling.
- Research. We look at manufacturer pages, product specifications, design publications and established home and decor sources, and compare what they say.
- Drafting. Articles are organised so each idea answers a question or solves a problem, without padding or repeated advice.
- Fact-checking. Product names, sizes, materials, prices and any time-sensitive claims are checked before publication.
- Editorial review. Articles are reviewed for accuracy, clarity, usefulness and tone before they go live.
- Final check. A last pass covers grammar, links, images, disclosures and formatting.
Who Writes and Reviews Our Content
Bloom Decor Style is written and edited by Michael John. We are a small independent site, not a large newsroom, and we do not claim to be a team of licensed designers or contractors.
How We Check Sources
We prefer primary sources where possible, such as a brand’s own product page, dimensions chart or care instructions. When those are not enough, we compare credible secondary sources. Claims we cannot support are reworded as clearly framed opinion or removed. For time-sensitive information such as prices, availability and seasonal trends, we check that it is current at the time of publishing or updating.
Professional Advice
Our articles are for general inspiration and information. Projects involving electrical work, plumbing, structural changes, load-bearing walls or chemicals should be handled by a qualified professional, and you should follow product manufacturers’ safety instructions and local building rules.
Use of AI Tools
We may use AI tools to help with research, organising ideas, and improving clarity and grammar. AI is not used to publish content automatically. Articles are reviewed and edited by a person before publication, and we are responsible for what appears on this site.
Images
Images are chosen or created to illustrate the idea being discussed. Some images may be generated or illustrative and may not show a specific real product or room. We aim not to present them in a way that misleads readers about what they are buying or building.
Editorial Independence
Advertising and affiliate relationships do not decide what we write. Products and ideas are included because they fit the article and help the reader. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details on how we earn money.
Keeping Articles Current
We review articles over time and update them when information, product availability, links or trends change. Updates may include replacing unavailable products, fixing broken links and clarifying advice.
Corrections and Feedback
If you spot an error, an outdated detail or a broken link, please tell us. Include the article title or URL and what needs attention. We review reports and aim to correct valid issues promptly.
